Résumé:Regional elections in 2012 certainly did not constitute such a turning point as the parliamentary elections in 2010 or 2013 did. On the other hand, these elections were not boring or uninteresting; it were not elections after which everything continued running in the same ways. Seen through the prism of the theory of second-order elections, we had the opportunity to verify whether the government parties were punished and opposition rewarded by voters, what topics dominated the elections - whether the interesting national, or just boring regional topics.
