In the case of the Democratic Republic of Congo, this change in economic policy resulted in the emergence of small and micro-enterprises. These have shown their limits and inability to provide a guarantee of sustainable development, due to their lack of structure, their development outside the legal framework, their intrinsic shortcomings to create sustainable jobs and their low socio-economic impact. With a methodological approach based on micro-economics, statistics and econometrics, this book examines the economic environment, but also the legal and financial environments for Congolese SMEs. The book also addresses questions related to factors of decline, and to conditions and mechanisms which must constitute the basis for the development of SMEs in the context of the DRC; a development which will facilitate the transition to the era of modern capitalist enterprise. | ||

Avec une approche methodologique basee sur la micro-economie, la statistique et l'econometrie, ce livre scrute l'environnement economique, mais aussi legal et financier dans lequel evoluent les PME congolaises. Ce livre tente aussi de repondre aux questions liees aux facteurs decroissance, aux conditions et mecanismes qui doivent constituer le soubassement du developpement des PME dans le contexte de la RDC.
