These relationships, in turn, politicize the narratives and aesthetics that organizers use in their media, and create spaces for people to navigate and embrace their political and ideological differences; articulate and amplify their values; and practice empathic listening and "care-full" organizing. Activist media rewrite the script on tired narratives that racialize and dehumanize working people, and offer alternative visions for an equitable and just society.
