Sumario: | A study of hybrid work finds that support from colleagues is even more critical to combating isolation and improving job satisfaction than support from managers. Workers who did their jobs partly from home and partly in a company location and experienced high levels of colleague support when at home were much less likely to report persistent feelings of loneliness, and those who felt supported by teammates both when at home and in the workplace were more likely to be satisfied with their jobs. |
