A Question of Leadership How are the Shrinking Tenures of CEOs Affecting Organizations?
CEO turnover is nothing new, but in recent years the tenures of CEOs have been getting shorter and shorter. Annual studies by strategy and technology consulting firm Booz Allen Hamilton found that the CEO turnover rate peaked in 2000, fell in 2001, but rose yet again in 2002.
