Notas:Chair gait with hamstring muscles. To perform this exercise, it is best to sit in an office chair with wheels on a hard, smooth surface. Extend the right heel in front of the body as far as it will go, slowly pull the body and chair towards the heel and repeat with the opposite leg. You need to make sure that you fully extend your leg each cycle. The goal of this exercise is to improve hamstring strength. Three sets of 15 repetitions are recommended for each leg, three times a week.
