Notas:Sliding on the wall. To perform this exercise, you will start in a standing position with your back against a wall. Feet are placed about 45 cm from the wall, shoulder-width apart. The body is slowly lowered to 45° of knee flexion, paused, and returned to a standing position. They perform this movement for 45 to 60 seconds. The goal of this exercise is to improve hip and leg strength. It is recommended to perform three series of 45 to 60 seconds, three times a week.
