Notas:Half squat with one leg. To improve balance and ankle strength, stand on a flat surface or cushion. Slowly perform a 45° half squat and hold for three seconds. Then it returns to the starting position. In the squat, the knee is not allowed to move from side to side when lowering or raising. The knee is kept in line with the toes at all times. The knee is also not allowed to go past the toes while performing the squat. This exercise is performed for two to three sets of 15 repetitions, once or twice a day.
