Notas:climb step To perform this exercise, the patient stands in front of a step. He steps up slowly with his right foot and then his left, both resting fully on the step. He returns to the starting position directing the left foot to the ground, then the right until ending with both feet on the ground. If necessary, use a railing for balance. The goal of this exercise is to improve your lower leg strength and balance. This exercise is recommended three times a week for three sets of 15 repetitions.
