The Sample Hazard Assessment Form has also been updated. Although not intended to take the place of specific requirements listed in other standards (nor does it claim to be the absolute answer to PPE selection), it is recommended to be used as a tool in completing hazard assessment (using the Hazard Assessment form and clothing recommendations in the Chapters), identify potential hazards of the job under evaluation, and locate the section for the operation and protection item or body part. | ||
