Sponsored by the Council on Disaster Risk Management of ASCE. This collection contains 120 peer-reviewed papers that build upon recent significant advances in the modeling, analysis, and management of risk, vulnerability, and uncertainty. Yet, even as advancements are made in technology, new hazards appear.
