Sumario:Grammar for teachers: metalinguistic considerations for learning, proposes that grammar returns to schools and classrooms in a new, non-normative or corrective way, but as a tool that allows us to think about the language and the experience of communicating in an effective and competent way . This challenge requires the articulation of a grammar specially designed for school, descriptive, functional and with a strong pedagogical sense. Why a grammar for teachers? The book proposes a set of notions so that teachers can mobilize the learning of grammar at school and build knowledge and promote the development of the language from the interaction between educational theory and practice. The grammatical knowledge presented in this book is aimed at practicing teachers, developers of pedagogical material, trainers in teaching and other professionals in the area, and collaborates very significantly in the construction of the linguistic knowledge of students, in the best development of their abilities to comprehension and production of texts and the ability to think about language.
