Sumario:Jorge Díaz left a significant number of unpublished plays. His thirty-year stay in Madrid meant a fruitful period of creation, of which we have incomplete knowledge. He did not consider himself uprooted from Latin America, but rather a multi-rooted, voyeur of languages and experiences that he captured in his works, which analyze universal themes, such as love, sex, death, loneliness. His approach mixes acid humor with a dose of subtle or disenchanted tenderness. This unpublished volume allows us to understand the complexity of Díaz's creative processes, and rediscover his poetics in seven texts: All the parties of tomorrow, Submerged Matter, Report on the gloom, Fanfare for puppets, Our Father who is in bed, The passion of the puppets and Amoricide.
