545 0 |a Richard Clément is currently a member of the Faculty of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies and a Professor at the School of Psychology at the University of Ottawa. Clément is a founding member of the Canadian Centre for Studies and Research on Bilingualism and Language Planning (CCERBAL). Pierre Foucher obtained his law degree from the Université de Montréal in 1977 and his Master of Administrative Law from Queens University at Kingston in 1981. A member of the Quebec Bar, he has been a full professor at the University of Ottawa's Faculty of Law since 2008 and teaches in the areas of constitutional law and language rights.
