|a Professor Manijeh Razeghi is the Walter P. Murphy Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering, and the Director of the Center for Quantum Devices at Northwestern University. Professor Razeghi is a Fellow of the MRS, IOP, IEEE, APS, SPIE, OSA, IEC; Fellow and Life Member of Society of Women Engineers (SWE); elected life Fellow of SWE, IEEE, and MRS, and a member of the Electrochemical Society, ACS and AAAS. Professor Razeghi's current research interest is in nanoscale optoelectronic quantum devices and systems from deep UV (100nm) to Thz (300 microns).
