It also discusses the 5th Amendment in Congressional investigations, provides an introduction to the four access laws that are focused on information access in the US federal government, giving a list of resources related to transparency, secrecy, access and nondisclosure, and finally, includes a discussion on whether aliens in immigration proceeds can be detained indefinitely in the United States.
