In chapter three, Zuzana Birknerová, Miroslav Frankovský, Lucia Zbihlejová, and Martin Birkner verify a new, original methodology known as AC - Assessment of Coaching - to identify differences within it. In chapter four, Prof. Dr. Ingo Zimmermann positions coaching as a distinct profession with a stand-alone approach within the sciences.
