In chapter two, Sanmuga Nathan, PhD presents a description of innovative coaching model termed known as the non-linear pedagogy coaching for understanding. In chapter three, Zuzana Birknerová, Miroslav Frankovský, Lucia Zbihlejová, and Martin Birkner verify a new, original methodology known as AC - Assessment of Coaching - to identify differences within it. In chapter four, Prof. Dr. Ingo Zimmermann positions coaching as a distinct profession with a stand-alone approach within the sciences. Finally, David Clutterbuck closes out the final chapter by exploring some of the main challenges emerging within coaching. |
