Representing the proceedings of the Seventh Japanese-Mediterranean and Central European Workshop on Applied Electromagnetic Engineering for Magnetic, Superconducting and Nano Materials, held in Budapest, Hungary in July 2011, this collection of articles showcases current scholarship in a variety of topic areas relating to materials science and engineering. Topics discussed include applied superconductivity, magnetic materials, advanced measurement and testing techniques, applied electromagnetics, and advanced computational techniques. Individual papers include abstracts, illustrations, tables and notes. Contributors are academics and researchers in materials science from institutions around the world.
