Among specific topics are combining multi-axis machining and burnishing in complex parts, the cluster analysis of vibration characteristics in steel hardened by high-speed ball-end milling, residual stress for high-speed cutting titanium alloys based on finite element method, calculating indentation hardness based on indentation energy, the rapid selection of milling tools based on the initial wear, the structural design and analysis of the rock hob test bed, and modeling and predicting cutting force in precision hard turning.
