This manual presents practical and concrete guidance on easy-to-implement ergonomic improvements, particularly in developing countries. The result of long-term collaboration between the ILO and the InternationalErgonomics Association, the book compiles one hundred illustrated examples of practical ergonomic improvements that can be achieved at little or no cost.
