A prolific writer on issues of leadership (e.g. Level Three Leadership 4th Edition, Teaching Management, and Creating a Learning Culture), career management, management development and mentoring, Dr Clawson taught for three years at the Harvard Business School before joining the Darden School where he has been since 1981. The balance between work and family life is the single most commonly mentioned issue among senior executives worldwide. This book provides a framework for analyzing immediate and long-term balance.
