Kosovo and the challenge of humanitarian intervention : selective indignation, collective action, and international citizenship /

The Kosovo conflict has the potential to effect international politics, the UN, major powers, and regional organizations. This text offers interpretations of the crisis from various perspectives including the conflict-parties; NATO allies; and the immediate region surrounding the conflict.
