Judaism on Trial : Jewish-Christian Disputations in the Middle Ages.

This study of major Jewish-Christian disputations in medieval Europe concentrates on those of Paris (1240), Barcelona (1263) and Tortosa (1413-1414). Along with notes on historical and social background, the use of scriptural proof-texts by both sides is critically examined.
