|a The publication offers comments on organizational learning in schools. The opening chapter sums up previous studies and theories related to organizational learning in general and organizational learning in schools in particular. The authors then proceed to describe their own empirical research in elementary schools in the Czech Republic. They used a mixed research design with a qualitative stage based on a multiple case study and a quantitative stage based on a questionnaire survey.
