Keyword: Static and dynamic analysis of structures; Seismic and stability problems of building structures; Experimental analysis and diagnostics of structures; Resistance, durability and reliability of structures; Static - design, shape and material optimization of structures; Numerical methods, simulations and mathematical applications; Failure, damages and reconstructions of structures Sixty-four papers from the November 2013 conference investigate the properties of building materials and the response of buildings to stress or change. Six papers from Brno University of Technology evaluate the effect of cement replacement by zeolite or fly ash in concrete, spontaneous drying of alkali-activated slag mortar, concrete fatigue in railroad sleeper cars, and lime mortar enhanced with brick powder or metakaolin.
