Sumario:The Atlas of European Values summarizes the beliefs and values of the Europeans in informative graphs, charts and maps. It includes all European countries and shows how Europeans think about work, family, sexuality, religion, politics, and morality.
Notas:Presents a selection of the data from the European Values Study surveys and shows the data from the latest 2008 wave (the fourth wave) to detect trends of stability or change in value patterns since the 1980s. Findings were compared with the data of the previous EVS waves, the first in 1981, the second in 1990, the third in 1999. The process was guided and monitored by the EVS Methodology Group and involved the cooperation of many others. Detailed information on the European Values Study can be found at www.europeanvaluesstudy.eu. More documentation on the World Values Survey can be found at the WVS website www.worldvaluessurvey.org.
