|b Here's an unusual but highly effective approach to achieving the results an organization or individual wants, through a four-step process that uses the model of the journey drawn from the comparative mythology work of Dr. Joseph Campbell. The stages found in the ancient myths revealed a road map that produced dramatic results in the author's seminars. The four-stage process is based on establishing a basic view of the current situation, determining the results desired (Home); moving to making a plan, gathering help and a plan (Help); finding a way to test the plan, monitor, and solve the problem (Challenge); assessing results and reaping reward of achievement (Prize).
