On God and Dogs : a Christian Theology of Compassion for Animals.

Many of us keep pet animals relying on them for companionship and affection. In the wake of the animal rights movement, many ethicists have questioned the right of humans to "own" other sentient beings in this way. The author of this text takes a Christian perspective on the subject.
