Economic and social rights under the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights : a legal perspective /

The Charter of Fundamental Rights of the EU includes, in addition to "civil and political rights", a large number of economic and social rights. This collection of essays considers the significance of the inclusion of such rights within the EU Charter.
