Nonetheless those who work in educational and other organizations seem to know when they are well led and are often eager to express their indebtedness to colleagues who offer leadership, wherever they may be situated in the organizational structure. It is hoped that this text will provide a stimulating and challenging contribution to the debate on leadership which will challenge many prevailing orthodoxies but will also reaffirm the importance of high-quality leadership and leadership training development. | ||
