Together with increased demand and a wider variety of treatment options, there is a need to provide patients with straightforward information, explaining the different therapeutic options and the results that can be achieved with each, from both the esthetic and functional aspect. The authors of this book have endeavored to simplify and summarize this information, and produce a guide to implant treatment aimed at the patient.
