Professionalization and Activism in Social Work: the Sixties, the Eighties, and the Future /
Compares the findings of two large, public opinion surveys of social workers conducted in 1968 and again in 1984 to determine the changes, if any, that may have occurred in the social activism and professionalization of social workers during that space of time.
