Verena Kuglstatter verknüpft im Anschluss an Michel Foucault Diskursanalyse mit interpretativen Verfahren und zeigt für die Schweiz, wie die Orientierung von Fachkräften Sozialer Arbeit an kriminalpolitischer Programmatik dazu führt, dass Jugendgewalt als ein problematischer und dauerhaft zu bearbeitender Gegenstand diskursiv hervorgebracht wird. Dadurch werden einerseits die Professionen sowie die generationalen Machtverhältnisse legitimiert - andererseits jedoch wird Soziale Arbeit in ihrer Autonomie beschränkt und Jugendlichen werden Möglichkeiten der Partizipation verwehrt. | |
